Extensive breadth of professional knowledge and experience in the domain of Product, Digital and Business Analysis
Web analytics expertise using Google Analytics (or similar) to track core performance metrics.
Behavioural analytics expertise using tools such as HEAP that allows INTO to follow customer/user journeys through our product and content, enabling a deeper and more segmented understanding of engagement and subsequent conversion.
A/B and multivariate testing, utilising tools such as Optimizely, LaunchDarkly or Google Optimize.
User experience feedback capture, using tools such as Hotjar.
Experience in the digital marketing industry, including knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.
Data visualisation and dashboard design, including creation of appropriate metrics to understand performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences and work closely with key stakeholders across a range of teams, such as product management, product development, management information and market research.
