Kshitiz is someone I would go to learn about systems thinking, frameworks and processes any day. There are a lot of people out there who have knowledge. Having knowledge and having the immaculate capability to deliver it in such a manner that others can learn are two very different things. Kshitiz has mentored and enabled hundreds of professionals over the last 3+ years that I have known him and I can only imagine the impact this course will have on Product Builders looking to up their Systems Thinking game.

quotes
Humans are complicated. Our interactions with our surroundings are built upon these intricacies. And when we insert a digital experience to simplify some of these interactions, the so called "best practices" and "frameworks" in product management often end up being square pegs in round holes. Instead, the some of the mental muscles you need to be effective as a product manager have much wider significance than the craft. Listening to Kshitiz share his stories of driving change to crack wicked problems is a treat I have been fortunate to witness multiple times. There are high quality problems and then there are low quality problems. If you aspire to create a fundamental shift in how you approach a situation by seeking the highest quality problem to solve, I wouldn't miss this experience.

Having known Kshitiz for over 15 years and have interacted with him as a colleague and a friend, I can vouch for the insights he has around Systems Thinking and the same reflects in the products that he has built over the years at Paytm and 1mg. Along with this Kshitiz is also someone who is naturally inclined towards teaching and one of his standout traits as a teacher is empathy, this again reflects in the work that he does with Happy Horizons ecosystem that he has built.

If I were to make a list of the handful of people who’ve challenged my thought process and thus changed the trajectory of my career and life, Kshitiz would be on that list. I’m fortunate to have had the opportunity to brainstorm with him every couple of weeks for the better part of the last decade. Kshitiz’s guiding principles hold true whether he’s building a hospital for the needy, designing experiential education for the future of India, or looking through wireframes for the fastest-growing apps available to mankind.

I have met numerous people who had a life-transforming experience after attending the workshops conducted by Kshitiz. His background as an entrepreneur clubbed with being an academic and a thought leader in the Indian startup ecosystem gives him a unique perspective from which everyone can benefit. I have known Kshitiz for a long time since what seems like forever. From getting mentored by him during the start of my career when he was heading the design in Kuliza to consulting together to deliver world-class products to running a community on discussing design, startups, products and everything under the umbrella. If you get a chance to attend any of his workshops, I would recommend you grab it before it gets sold out !!

quotes
Kshitiz has been a relentless educator all his life. I've personally observed him for last 6 years where he has been intentional in creating spaces to bring seriousness and rigour to design and Systems Thinking. You only understand the true complexity of these topics once you apply them. His valuable experiences from large companies such as Paytm, 1mg and more, where he has applied the frameworks to drive results make him the best person to learn complex systems thinking from. When someone like Kshitiz lends their time to teach, you sign up and learn! I am very excited for this course and for the folks who'll get a chance to learn directly from him.
