SDET - Python at SwitchOn

What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?

• Write infrastructure code in (Jenkins, Selenium, or equivalent) to automate all testing on our platform starting right from integration testing to system-level tests involving hardware and software.
• Come up with automated CI/CD pipelines that provide health scores of our infrastructure on a real-time basis.
• Create Testing guidelines and resources for the Development Teams to adhere to, so that our infrastructure does not ever break.

Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with Python automation.
• Experience in Ubuntu/Linux.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools(Jenkins, Travis, or equivalent)
• Experience with writing modular maintainable application code.
• Proficient in Python and bash scripting languages- Should know how to write performance test scripts.
• Should exhibit an understanding about rigorous software testing methodologies.

Good to have:

• Knowledge in Squish QT testing framework
• Exposure/Experience in embedded software testing.
• Experience in Sentry.
