Collaborate with business and technical leaders to surface key insights from the business to advise product improvement, orchestrate and own exceptional product planning processes to develop roadmaps
Partner with tech leaders to set the overall vision, including crafting OKRs for merchant tech, platform outcomes, and drive initiatives to deliver the product roadmap
Define innovative operating structures and process improvements
Maintain regular communications with key team members across the org, no team is an outsider for you and you will ensure seamless communication with Product Management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Marketing, Design, Data Science and other partner teams
Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product and advise on the global feasibility of products throughout the product life cycle
Track core business metrics related to the product suite and iterate on product / business improvement plans
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Program/Product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative productsBackground in Engineering, Operations, and/or MBA
User/Customer advocate - You deeply care about your end-users and customers, love experiencing your product, and relentlessly innovate for them
Demonstrated Experience - Proven experience in product management, Program Management, Operations, Strategic Planning or related fields
Unrelenting Drive - Think about the "how" while focusing on why" to navigate the complexities at scale. You are passionate about creating a seamless user experience and unwilling to allow product challenges to impact users negatively
Data Driven - You seek out to use data to align teams and drive strategic decisions. You always get the data you need and distill it into insightful stories
Cross functional leadership - You can influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions
What the Candidate Will Do
Experience working with Merchants/Sellers in a global setting and ability to understand needs of businesses of all sizes ranging from SMBs to Large Enterprises
Entrepreneurial experience - either your own startup or working in a high-quality startup would be a bonus
Lead multiple products and priorities, scale teams, and ensure org is effective, healthy, and set up for success by establishing clear measurable goals
