Help customers realize value of our products driving usage and scale: As a Microsoft Purview technology expert, you will enable customers to scale deployment, adoption, and usage of our products and define our customer’s experience with these services. You will use your technical subject matter expertise to train and enable the scale deployment ecosystem, driving investments to build better products for our scale motion. Collaborate with internal and external communities to identify business and technical requirements and spearhead the continuous improvement of our products.
Product & Service Insights: Working with Compliance engineering teams, use your technical knowledge and expertise to help guide the future direction of our products and services. You will learn from customers, partners and FastTrack deployment efforts collecting product insights and driving those insights into our Product Engineering peers to influence product roadmap and improve our products. Ensure our customer and partner needs are understood and evangelized throughout the engineering organization as part of the development lifecycle is critical to our long-term business growth and sustainability.
Incubate new features and products: You will incubate new and exciting features and products with customers and ensure readiness through repeatable and scalable processes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated technology acumen and product knowledge within the Microsoft Purview stack especially Purview Data Governance products like Data Calalog, Data Map, Data Insights etc [expertise in the any of the following Purview products is advantageous: Microsoft Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Compliance Manager, Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance, Microsoft Information Governance, eDiscovery & Audit, Multi-cloud and multi-platform Security and Compliance, or Microsoft Copilot ]
Technical curiosity, acumen and aptitude to quickly understand product capabilities, technology, technical issues, and customer/partner needs.
Product Management capabilities ad ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization, from senior executives on down, across all functions from business to technical, and across multiple geographies.
Ability to align a disparate set of teams on a common strategy, goal and set of objectives
Demonstrated flexibility and experience in building, tracking, and driving large scale programs.
The ability to drive service enhancements with a focus on onboarding, process simplification, creation of technical onboarding and readiness content, and technical training
Self-driven and the ability to work autonomously and ability to prioritize across multiple projects
Solid experience in identifying technical gaps and advocating on behalf of the customer to make products stronger and a proven track record driving the prioritization of a insights based on actual customer evidence.
Bachelor's Degree AND 3+ year(s) experience in product/service/project/program management and/or process improvement
