Key Responsibilities:


Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for UCSP, aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and areas for improvement.


Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA to drive the end-to-end product development process.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.


Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Lead the development of go-to-market plans, ensuring effective product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive product awareness and adoption.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.


Product Performance and Metrics:

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to iterate and enhance product offerings.


Regulatory and Compliance:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance standards, and security best practices to ensure products meet necessary requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Cyber Security products.
  • Deep understanding of Cyber Security concepts, threats, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market, from ideation to launch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML in the context of Cyber Security.
