Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for UCSP, aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and areas for improvement.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA to drive the end-to-end product development process.
- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Lead the development of go-to-market plans, ensuring effective product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
Product Performance and Metrics:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to iterate and enhance product offerings.
Regulatory and Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance standards, and security best practices to ensure products meet necessary requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Cyber Security products.
- Deep understanding of Cyber Security concepts, threats, and technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market, from ideation to launch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML in the context of Cyber Security.
