Product Manager at Suggaa

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Prioritize product features, set development timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor product performance and metrics to ensure objectives are met.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead the product launch process, including go-to-market strategies and post-launch analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or ride-hailing industry.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
