Primary responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Direction: Assess customer needs, emerging market trends, competitive opportunities, and come up with new products and initiatives.
Product Solutioning: Work with a team of designers, analysts, sales, and internal stakeholders to design custom solutions.
Solution Consulting: Consult with merchants, external partners, internal risk team and come up with the ideal product proposition for merchants. Define and monitor key performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Product Roll-out / Go-to-Market: Advance sales through in person customer meetings (expected up to 50% travel), collateral creation, and execution of go-to-market plans for new features.
