Be responsible for driving and executing on new initiatives, roadmaps and product strategy on both demand and supply side initiatives
Develop a good understanding of the evolving role that data and audience play in the programmatic ads market
Understand the market, customers and build business cases for new product opportunities
Evangelizing his/her product internally and, in the market, assessing competition, defining the vision, collaborating with Design team, Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Partners to develop products, and the successful delivery and adoption of platforms, products and services
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to ongoing maintenance, improvement and beyond
Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience
Conduct A/B testing and user research to gather data and insights to inform product decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Ad Tech
Requirements:
Have more than 2 yrs of hands-on product experience working on building products or problem solving in B2B or SAAS startups, preferably in the advertisement tech field
Are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.
Understanding and empathy for business user behaviour, needs, challenges and ability to marry the same with clear data driven solutions and automations
Have business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.
Seek high ownership, independent environments and feedback oriented cultures. Ability to thrive in a chaotic environment and perform without a lot of detailed guidance
Develop clear and compelling product requirements (PRDs) / user stories for new initiatives existing product enhancements, including business justification, revenue potential, and operational impact
Strong bias for logical decision-making & action
Experience with product development and launch, including market research, product positioning, and pricing
Regularly communicate progress, status, issues, and resolutions to key stakeholders and senior management via verbal and written status reports
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
