You'll conduct customer discovery, market and competitive analysis, identify opportunities, and build solutions that solve customer problems in the Platform areas of your ownership.
Using analytical rigour and statistical methods, you mine through data to study user behaviour and identify opportunities for Informatica to increase customer adoption/engagement and retention.
You engage with customers to identify pain points, maintain backlog, define requirements, and provide solutions using agile methodologies partnering with engineering team.
You adopt best practices in feature prioritization, writing requirements, and measuring product performance.
You'll own and help improve the feature delivery.
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-group Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing teams to help ensure unified platform experience, customer and success.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
Masters in Business administration degree is required
2+ years of product management or equivalent experience in building B2B SaaS products such as CRM, ERP
Basic experience in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., SQL, Java, and Python).
Basic experience developing data visualisation dashboards using Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
