Role Summary : Will be responsible for profitability of the given products which includes following up the entire supply chain of the product(s) starting from Raw material till the product is used by the customer.
Job Profile
- To develop strategies for the given product(s) based on inputs from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight.
- Develop positioning strategy for the product(s) and communicate this strategy to all the levels of Marketing Team.
- Ensure implementation of all the demand generation activities in the lines of product(s) positioning strategy developed.
- Prepare the set of activities to be done - crop wise, location wise and crop stage wise and ensure implementation of these activities, inconsonance with other marketing team members.
- Enabling the sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters, and other mechanisms.
- Develop product planning and forecasting based on inputs given by the teams from marketing, sales, market research.
- Study the market dynamics and recommend the prices, dealer schemes, farmer gifts, suitable campaigns etc., for achieving the set targets in each market.
- Monitor, report and improve product performance
Achieve the set targets for the product(s) both for volumes and profitability
