  • Educational Background: MBA or Engineering degree from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 4-6 years in banking, financial services, financial technology, or digital marketing.
  • Digital Product Management: Proven experience in building digital banking/financial solutions, especially for direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms.
  • Consumer Journey Design: Skilled in designing, building, and managing effective consumer journeys across various channels (website, mobile, etc.).
  • Technical Expertise: Techno-commercial experience in BFSI. Coding exposure and understanding of platforms, APIs, and microservices.
  • Data Handling: Hands-on experience with data and solving related business challenges.
  • Consumer Insights: Keen eye for consumer trends and insights.
  • Business Analytics: Experience with the Business Analytics Unit of a Bank/NBFC is beneficial.
  • BI Tools: Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, etc., is an added advantage.
  • Credit Scores: Understanding of credit scores.
  • Partnership Management: Ability to evaluate and manage partnerships.
  • Skills: Good comprehension skills, ability to multi-task. Excellent presentation skills. Strong product development and project management skills.
