Product Manager at Default

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, with a preference for those exceeding this threshold.
• Lead the development and execution of 1-3 mid-level projects, demonstrating a hands-on approach to ownership and project management, while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Proven work experience of working with teams consisting of 4 or more members.
• Proficiency in managing both web and mobile development projects.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies and web technologies.
• Take charge of project requirements, product roadmaps, budgeting of the project, and timelines, ensuring a structured and well-coordinated development process.
• Possess a deep understanding of software development processes, web technologies, and architecture, translating technical requirements into actionable product features. 
• The Product Manager should have knowledge of Generative AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Google BARD, DALLE, etc.) and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities, effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder.
• Insight into the technology market and its trends.
• Proficient in team management, client management and effective risk management.
• We prefer individuals who have high ownership and clear communication.

Good to Have:

• Preference will be given to Product Managers with an experience in funded companies and expertise within Fintech, Healthtech, and Recruitment domains.
• Awareness of new and emerging approaches/practices in the product management domain.
• Understanding of automation processes, enhancing efficiency.
• Knowledge of online communities and how they impact product development.
