Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts, and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.
Coordinating with different departments including designing, Tech, sales, operations flights, hotels, and holidays to drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
Define product specifications, establish milestones, manage tech design, and development and ensure the successful delivery of products by this team.
Analyzing user behaviour, customer feedback, and market trends to derive actionable insights for continuous product enhancement.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and monitor these metrics regularly.
Reviewing and iterating product prototypes and beta releases, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments.
Be hands-on. Our lean team requires you to be versatile, tackling both high-level strategy planning and diving into database records to troubleshoot issues.
Preferred qualification and requirement
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degrees are a plus.
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the travel industry working closely with business, design, tech, QA, and third-party Travel SAAS suppliers.
In-depth understanding of travel trends, customer behaviors, and market dynamics
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
A self-starter who is highly organized, confident, and able to advance projects with minimal direction while staying aligned with team best practices.
Experience in airline/GDS is a plus.
Experience with basic SQL would be an added advantage.
