Responsibilities:
Product Monitoring: Assist the Product Manager in monitoring the functionality and every minute user interaction of current and newly developed features.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze product metrics to drive product strategy and monitor health. Track and report key performance indicators.
User Interviews: Assist in conducting user interviews and gather feedback to ensure the company's products meet user needs.
Competitive Research: Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends in the market and understand the competitive landscape.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to bring products to market and maintain existing ones.
