Associate Product Manager, RX at Phenom

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the RX product
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
• Define and track key product metrics to measure the success of the RX product
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams and external clients
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management and recruitment technology

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Product management certification is a plus
