Associate Product Manager - IX at Phenom

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap for IX
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to ensure timely and successful product releases
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives and customer needs
• Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas for product differentiation and innovation
• Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders

What You’ve Done

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for technology and a strong interest in staying updated with industry trends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
