Associate Product Manager at Rupeezy

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas of product improvement.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, incorporating it into product development decisions.
• Assist in defining and documenting product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure product development stays on track and meets quality standards.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities, including developing marketing collateral, conducting product demos, and providing training to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance and key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance the product's success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
• Assist in creating product roadmaps and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Support the Product Managers in various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present large amounts of information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Passion for technology and understanding of software development processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in product management, software development, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
