As an Associate Product Manager you will be working on: Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and market demands. Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and user needs, translating them into actionable product requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Content, and Marketing, to define product specifications, manage development timelines, and ensure timely delivery. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to validate product functionality, usability, and overall user experience. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and user metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Support the product launch process by coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth rollout, training, and communication to internal stakeholders and external customers. Provide assistance in product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and product FAQs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ed-tech and product management, sharing insights and recommendations with the team. Collaborate with Customer Support to address user inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. You'd fit in 💯 if you: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Education) is required. Master's degree is a plus. Previous experience in product management, preferably in the ed-tech industry, is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Passion for education and a deep understanding of the ed-tech landscape. Proven organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools is an advantage. Proficiency in using product management software, collaboration tools, and project management platforms.
