Associate Product Manager at Kapture CX

Role Description

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team, based in Bengaluru. In this full-time onsite role, you will work closely with the Product Managers and cross-functional teams to liaise day-to-day activities related to product development. You will assist with market research, product roadmap management, feature prioritization, and user testing. You will be responsible for coordinating with the software development and design teams to ensure product delivery within specified timelines, fostering cross-functional communication to ensure successful product improvements, and providing ongoing support to clients who use our products.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Product Manager in a Saas Industry
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders, clients, and collaborators
• Demonstrated experience with rapid prototyping, market research and analysis
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
• Strong analytical ability to forecast customer needs with data-driven approaches
• Skills in analytical and visualization tools such as SQL, HTML/XML, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
• Experience in the retail industry or related domains is a significant plus
• Enthusiasm to remain up-to-date on technological developments and industry trends
