Associate Product Manager at Dehaat

Core Responsibilities

● You will own end to end product management for subset of features within a product with guidance

● You will be involved User Research, PRD/Story writing

● You are expected to do Metric monitoring & measurement

● You will be delivering capabilities addressing business needs

● You are expected to be hands on execution of roadmap based on the solutions identified by the Senior PMs

● You are expected to learn the business domain by partnering with business stakeholders & senior PMs

● You will actively participate in brainstorming conversations with Senior PMs

● You will Pursue active mentorship from PM leaders to strengthen PM skills

Basic Qualifications

● Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules

● Experience with developer / designers

● Experience with end to end product delivery

● Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

● Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

● Bachelor’s degree or higher or appropriate work experience

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and user communities alike

● Good analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions

● Ability to learn new technologies quickly

● Intense customer focus
