Associate Product Manager at C2FO

About The Role

In this role, you will work on building out the TReDS(Trade Receivable Discounting System) platform for MSMEs. You will work closely with financial institutions, corporates, MSMEs and regulators to build out large platform from very beginning and own its growth journey.

Essential Duties

• Craft and own the product roadmap for TReDS platform, aligning with business goals and customer segments.
• Do market and customer research to identify growth opportunities and product improvement areas.
• Proactively monitor regulations and guidelines to proactively incorporate them in product for compliance.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Design, to develop effective solutions that address real problems and deliver tangible value.
• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from problem identification to solution design, backlog grooming, user story creation, sprint planning, testing, and successful launch.
• Facilitate sprint plannings, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile scrum activities for your team.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field,
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in Product Management.
• 2+ years of work experience in India focused fintech organization
