Product Strategy and Development: Assist in defining the product vision and strategy, keeping abreast of HRMS trends and market demands. Contribute to the product roadmap with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and the development team to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Project Management: Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product features. Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle.
User Experience and Testing: Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure product designs meet user needs and enhance user satisfaction. Oversee the creation of prototypes, conduct user testing, and incorporate feedback into product iterations.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions, measure performance against goals, and identify opportunities for product optimization.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, specifically with SaaS products. Experience in the HRMS domain is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
A user-centric mindset with experience in UX/UI principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
