Key Responsibilities

Manage roadmap for 2 early-stage SAAS products in the e-commerce/email marketing/competitive intelligence space
Coordinate with business and tech teams to deliver product features
Prioritize the implementation of new features and set realistic timelines
Perform quality assurance controls on products
Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
Liaise with the marketing department for proper advertisement and positioning of new products
Monitor and report on users’ responses to the product post-launch
Create support and training documents for internal and external users
Manage the SAAS product's bug and feature implementation efficiently to ensure high product quality and user satisfaction
Conduct user studies and comprehensive market research to gather insights for product development and enhancement

Requirements

Experience managing the entire product lifecycle, specifically for SaaS products
Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and effective marketing strategies
Understanding of product management tools
Experience with various web technologies & strong time management
2 or more years of working experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
