Key Responsibilities

· Working closely with engineering, design, sales and customer success teams to collect and prioritise product inputs

· Conducting primary and secondary research to take inform product decisions

· Problem definition and solution design and validation

· Creating epics, stories and documentation for product development

· Defining and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure results

· Managing product roadmap, including pricing, segmentation etc.

· Contributing to the overall product strategy

· Being a significant contributor to the product management practice and culture at Leena AI

Requirements

· Strong product management skills and relevant work experience of 4+ years as a Product manager in B2B SaaS company

· Ideally experience working on an analytics heavy product or business intelligence platform

· A natural passion for product management & building software products

· Proven experience translating customer needs into engineering requirements

· Experience facing customers, navigate several sources of feedback, and understanding the root cause of product inputs.

· Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritise multiple projects

· Proven track record of taking ownership, managing a complex product and driving results

· Excellent communication and presentation skills and able to communicate to various stakeholders and people of varied technical ability

· Good relationship-building skills with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization

· Proactivity and self-motivation
