What you'll do

Drive the overall product vision, strategy, and metrics
Collaborate closely with the team to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions to enhance the end-user experience and foster internal innovation
Establish and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to gather input, receive feedback, and keep them informed about product developments
Gain a deep understanding of market business processes, incorporating best practices to build a top-tier platform
Collaborate with a team of Product Managers within the department to advance the combined product offering
Passionately guide the team to prioritize tasks effectively, balancing short-term and long-term objectives
Cultivate a culture where innovation and disruption are integral aspects of the organization's DNA

Who you are

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in product management from fintech/ NBFC industry
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
Demonstrated ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution
Proficiency in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis
Demonstrate high ownership to drive delivery across multi-functional teams
Track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
Experience in defining and analyzing product metrics to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly
Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive results

Education

PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
